Rockets and Rosé

  • WHEN: February 12. 2026 – 5:00 pm – 8:30 pm
  • WHERE: New Mexico Museum of Space History
  • WHY: Rockets and Rosé is an adults‑only evening event featuring themed presentation, wine service, and a live model rocket launch from the museum grounds.
  • Guests can expect the following schedule:
    • 5:00 PM – Doors open; check‑in and welcome, cash-bar drinks available.  First drink included with guest registration
    • 5:45 PM – Program begins
    • 8:00 PM – Rocket launch (weather, crowd size, and skill level dependent)
    • 8:30 PM – Event concludes

Call for Nominees into the International Space Hall of Fame

The International Space Hall of Fame Foundation Induction Committee is seeking nominations into the International Space Hall of Fame at the Museum of Space History in Alamogordo, New Mexico. At the direction of the Governor’s Commission to the Museum of Space History and in close coordination with the museum, the ISHFF is spearheading the search for nominees. The Induction is slated to be the centerpiece of the museum’s 50th Anniversary Celebration in October 2026.
The Induction Committee will review all nominees and will submit a list of potential candidates to the Governor’s Commission for approval.
Nomination Form
For nominees to be considered for the October 2026 Induction Ceremony, submissions must have been received no later than January 15, 2026.
